Ok here I am first post ever!!!! My goal is to finally lose 10km and keep working towards my goal of being able to complete the City to Surf in August. I am currently following the Couch to 5k program up to week 7. Exercise is not my problem and when I'm organised with food prep I'm really good, I just need to make it a regular thing not just every few days and stop picking at things!!! Also I find that once I have one thing off plan then the head games start and think oh well I've stuffed up again might as well have another biscuit or whatever it is. Anyway this is my accountability to you all and look forward to acheiving my goal!
